Urban bee ecology is a developing field, revealing that wild urban bees are impacted by increased temperatures and carbon dioxide, as well as by various sounds and odors that disrupt their foraging in fragmented green spaces.

Beeway will be integrated into the city’s green spaces. When pollinators like bees are detected, smoke sensors will emit hormones to attract them, facilitating quicker access to foraging and resting sites. As urbanization aims to enhance biodiversity, these sites will create a network to support bee survival.
